New Feud Alert: Donald Glover Is Trolling Marvel With a Fake "Deadpool" Script

Trollin’ season approaching.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Donald Glover wasn’t going to make an animated Deadpool TV show anymore, despite it having been cruelly teased to us in 2017.

Though the official word out of American network FX and Marvel Television was "creative differences" between them and writers/showrunners Donald and Stephen Glover, many assumed Donald (aka Childish Gambino aka Earn Marks aka Lando Calrissian aka Actual Simba) was just too busy for it.

But Glover has taken to his otherwise dormant Twitter account to clarify that running the most acclaimed TV show on television, starring in two massive Disney franchises and continuing his Grammy-winning music career (besides also being a father of two) wasn’t too time-consuming for Deadpool, saying: "for the record: i wasnt too busy to work on deadpool."

He then began tweeting out a mock script, clearly written up in the last week (thanks to references to a certain 'Beyoncé face-biting').

In it, Deadpool makes some not-so-subtle digs at his show’s "cancellation", saying, "I mean, is it even a good time to have a violent, gun loving white man ranting on TV? Other than the PRESIDENT!"

Deadpool even begins speculating as to why Marvel and FX didn’t enjoy Glover’s proposed take on the character: "Maybe they just want to sell toys."

That is, before he drops the hammer: "Do you think they cancelled the show… cause of racism?!"

He continues to point out that "all the writers were black" and that "all the references were pretty black too."

You can read the whole thing over at Glovers' Twitter, including the bit where Deadpool arrives at the conclusion that Sanaa Lathan was responsible for biting Beyoncé's face. This would have been a good show.
