Disney Reportedly Want Deadpool to Join the Avengers in the MCU

Good luck with all that.
Did you shed a tear during the climactic funeral scene of Avengers: Endgame? Or would you have preferred to see ya boi Deadpool standing among the grieving congregants and cracking wise/flashing his nether regions?
Well, one day, maybe you might!
Variety has published a report on Disney’s merger with Fox, noting how the Mouse House is disappointed by the box office performance of Fox’s most recent flicks (like X-Men: Dark Phoenix).
Part of Disney’s strategy going forward is to let Marvel head Kevin Feige re-absorb Fox-owned Marvel properties X-Men and Fantastic Four, and integrate their previously locked-off characters into the Marvel Cinematic Universe (which comprises the Avengers and their spin-off features).
But in a throwaway sentence within the article, Variety mentions that Disney is also "grappling with how to fit the very R-rated Deadpool into its PG-13-rated Marvel Cinematic Universe".
"The goal," according to Variety’s sources, "is to find a way for the character to move seamlessly between 'Avengers' spinoffs and bloody, profane stand-alone adventures."
Hear that, Deadpool? You're coming home.

This obviously poses a few issues for the Marvel Cinematic Universe going forward. The first and most obvious is that the MCU (despite containing comic departures like Guardians of the Galaxy and Thor: Ragnarok, and a decent sense of humour throughout all pictures) is mostly serious. For instance, they don’t look down the barrel of the camera and tell you everything is fake, otherwise, it would be pretty hard to invest in, say, the genocidal deletion of half the population in a finger-snap. Therefore, inserting Ryan Reynolds’ self-referential Deadpool might minimise the global carnage facing the Avengers on any given day.
Next is the fact that Deadpool is f***ing filthy, and the dirtiest any MCU movie has gotten is with a joke about Jackson Pollock. Perhaps last year’s censored re-release was a test to see how Deadpool might fare in a more family-friendly features.

So, if we ever see Deadpool sharing the screen with Spider-Man, Ant-Man or Black Panther, you can expect him to be on his best behaviour, rather than the rest of the MCU cast suddenly turning 'adults-only'.
In the meantime, Feige has his hands full with the rest of the MCU. Your likeliest next glimpse of Deadpool—if Disney decide to integrate him—will probably be in, I dunno, a post-credits sequence or something.
