Student Edge Wrapped: The Deals, Articles and Competitions Y’all Got Around in 2022

We interviewed some big names in 2022.

Our content producers had no shortage of stars to brush shoulders with.

One of our most exciting interviews was with the cast of Heartbreak High, including Thomas Weatherall and Will McDonald (aka Malakai and our fave eshay, Ca$h).

Earlier in the year, we sat down with Australian actress Angourie Rice to discuss her role as high school news anchor Betty Brant in Spiderman: No Way Home. We also snagged a chat with Taylor John Smith, who recently starred alongside Daisy Edgar-Jones in Where the Crawdads Sing.

Actors and actresses weren’t the only famous peeps we got to interview. With the launch of our podcast, How Did I Get Here?, we had the chance to chat to AFL legend Matthew Pavlich and Federal Teal MP Kate Chaney.

We got the lowdown on what it’s like to be a film director with the creators of SISSY and met the progeny of Gina Riley (aka Kim from Kath and Kim), Max McKenna, who’s making it in the performance industry big-time after being awarded a CGA Rising Star Award.
