Do you consider yourself a bit of a sweet tooth? Been known to induldge in the ol' candy jar every now and then?
Well, do our pals at Allen's have the perfect position for you—"lolly tester".
Yep, you did read that correctly. You can get a job where you just taste test all their new and old confectionary goodies.
Okay, 'job' is a stretch. You won't actually get paid to test the lollies, but you will get a huge supply of freebies making it almost the best job in the world.
Allen's put the call out last month and apparently it was so popular, the company had "technical difficulties" over the weekend when the online application form crashed from so many Aussies trying to sign up.
But never fear, it's back up and running again and expressions of interest are open until Friday 8 July.
Take it from an office full of lolly lovers who just applied while writing this article, it is super easy and you can do it here.
All you have to do is be 18 years or older (sorry youngens), hand over a few details about your allergies and likes/dislikes and you could be on your way to your next sugar rush.
Allen’s spokesperson Joyce Tan told Seven News "people can really control the future of lollies".
“It will be a combination of old favourites, so we continue to make sure people love our products, but also new products that we've put outside in the market to make sure we've hit the mark with our new ones as well."
Prefer to snack on chocolate goodies? There's a job for that, too.
Ahead of World Chocolate Day on 7 July, KitKat will start its search for taste testers this week to try all the variations they've been coming out with lately—everything from vegan to white chocolate and all the combos in between.
What a sweet world to live in.
