Allen’s Wants You To Pick Its Next ‘Frankenstein’d’ Sweets

You have the power.

Unless you scored a rare ticket to go on a tour of a sweets factory, proved yourself to be pure of heart and refused various attempts to backstab said factory’s owner, it’s unlikely you’ll ever have the chance to make your own lollies.

You’ll have to make do with voting in Allen’s new ‘Pick ‘n Remix’ promotion.

The company is letting punters pick from three strange new concoctions between now and February 3, 2017. The selection with the most votes will be released in early March. The two losing entries will be lost to the sands of time. That’s just how it goes in the fast-living, do-or-die world of confectionery production.

Your choices are Choc & Cream (like Strawberry & Cream, only with Choc), Pineapple Mint and Apple Mint Funny Teeth (as opposed to the original Vanilla Mint Funny Teeth), and Ginger Cats (which sounds just barely more palatable than traditional Black Cats).

Frankly, this sounds like it’ll be a wash. Choc/Cream 2017.
