Early Reviews Confirm Our Suspicions That "Captain Marvel" Will Be a Smash

It seems even angry males on the internet can't stop the incoming Captain Marvel phenomenon.

The immense success of superhero blockbusters like Black Panther and Wonder Woman proved to the world that diversity in film is not only celebrated, it generates a lot of cash too.

Captain Marvel, out in cinemas on 15 March, is only further evidence that this rings true.

The upcoming superhero flick will follow the origins of Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) as she takes on the role of Captain Marvel; one of the most powerful heroes.

Despite being three weeks out from release, the film has already passed Aquaman and Wonder Woman in pre-sale tickets, trailing only behind behemoths Avengers: Infinity War and Black Panther.

And, even after a deliberate attempt at review sabotage by angry, white males who were offended by Brie Larson's comments in a recent interview, the pre-release reviews are calling it a classic.
