Brace Yourselves for 70 More Episodes of "Rick and Morty"

And that's the waaaaaay the news goes!

While Brooklyn Nine-Nine has just been cancelled, it's not all bad news for you TV junkies. Your other fave to binge-watch, Rick and Morty, has just been confirmed to have at least 70 more episodes, which might equate to about seven extra seasons.

To put in perspective how huge that is, there are actually only 31 episodes out right now, so another 70 is more than double that amount. Huge.

There was some worry a few months back when creator Dan Harmon revealed that no new episodes had been ordered by the network Adult Swim, but that's prehistoric history now.

Thankfully, the idea that when 'the world' takes something precious away from us, it gives us something equally precious back is true in this case.

Time to get schwifty.
