Vine Star Cameron Dallas Is Getting His Own Netflix Reality Show

If you thought 140-seconds was too long for a Vine star, how will Cameron Dallas deal with a full on TV series?

It was announced today that Dallas had snagged an unscripted series on Netflix, which, according to Variety, will follow “Dallas and his close circle of friends and family as he looks to take his career to the next level.” It sounds very substantial.

There’s no release date yet for the series, nor an official title.

He becomes the second big social media star to sign up with Netflix (and, no, we don’t just mean as a regular subscriber).

This year will see the debut of Haters Back Off on Netflix, featuring YouTuber Miranda Sings (aka Colleen Ballinger). That show, however, will be a scripted series.

The big question is, will Dallas’ 9.4 million Vine followers tune in for his long-form Netflix adventure?

Or, maybe each episode will only be six-seconds long. Imagine how quickly you could binge-watch a 60-second series!
