It's Almost Time to Cry-Laugh Again: "BoJack Horseman" Has a S5 Debut Date

Time's arrow points to September.

Well, if you were wondering when BoJack Horseman would return for its fifth season, the 'titular character' just exasperatedly spilled the beans on Twitter.

Responding to a needy fan, a Twitter account for the infamous, alcoholic horse let slip that Season 5 would debut on 14 September.

However, the U.S. Netflix account then stepped in to chastise BoJack for his loose lips.

Playful corporate social media synergy aside, Season 5 of BoJack Horseman will explore unchartered territory, after Season 4 wrapped up with a slightly happy ending, leaving us on an image of BoJack, get this, actually smiling.

Are things looking up for Netflix's saddest comedy? Probably not. Just take a look at the first official image provided for the fifth season, above.
