Spoiler Alert: Mark Ruffalo Legitimately Spoiled "Endgame" Before Its Release Too

You can always count on Mark Ruffalo to spoil a movie ahead of its release.

Mark Ruffalo is an actor known for his versatility; for being Marvel's Bruce Banner/Hulk as well as being insanely loveable.

He's also known for being the Marvel Universe's biggest liability.

That's because he's prone to leaking major plotlines for blockbusters way ahead of their release, just like he did with Infinity War.

In an interview at Disney’s D23 Expo alongside Don Cheadle, he casually let out that "everyone dies." We all assumed it was a dumb publicity stunt or a bit of a troll to send the fandom into a craze. The problem was, no one really even took notice.

That is until Infinity War was released and people realised Ruffalo was not wrong: basically, everyone (well, at least half) dies.

Thankfully, it seemed this time around he'd made it to the Avengers Endgame release without revealing any major spoilers. He even self-congratulated.

But, as a few Tweeters pointed out, he actually had spoiled it.

** Endgame spoilers ahead (though sorta small-ish ones in the grand scheme). **

In an interview with entertainment channel, E!, Ruffalo admits that he had to film five different endings and that he got dummy scenes in order to avoid Ruffalo accidentally leaking anything.

"They have to throw Mark [Ruffalo] off the scent," Chris Evans interjects. "You have earned no trust in the Marvel Universe. You, like, leak like a bodily function."

He then drops that Captain America gets married in Endgame. Everyone, including Ruffalo it seems, just assumed it was one of the dummy scenes he was given to confuse him about what's actually in the movie.

But, it turns out, this one was real.

The lesson here? If you like to spoil any Mark Ruffalo-starring movies for yourself, watch every press interview he does in the lead up to it. They're guaranteed to be full of plot and twists.
