Prepare for Chaos: Season 4 of “Rick and Morty” Finally Has a Release Date

Have we ever seen a more berserk trailer? Probably not.

Once upon a time, we weren’t even sure whether Rick and Morty would get a fourth season. But fortunately for us, we will be able to witness the beloved cartoon characters stumble through absolute mayhem yet again, because Adult Swim has finally dropped the trailer for Season 4.

Back in July, Entertainment Weekly shared two photos from the upcoming season, with one featuring crocodile robots. If the new trailer is anything to go by, it looks like the duo are heading for some pretty eccentric adventures.

Sounds schwifty.

Despite the excitement, fans are not happy to find out that there will only be five new episodes coming out this year. The second half of the season will premiere sometime in 2020.

However, other fans are happy to take what they can get at this point.

While Rick and Morty is evidently pure gold, the angst is understandable. After all, we have been waiting two whole years for the fourth season. At least we know it won't be ending any time soon, considering Adult Swim ordered 70 episodes of the show back in May 2018.

As well as the trailer, Adult Swim revealed that Season 4 will be released on 10 November 2019.

However, it is not clear whether the new season will land on Netflix Australia on the same day. We reached out to Netflix for confirmation, but unfortunately, they can’t tell us anything at this stage. Hopefully we don't have to wait too long.

We will update you as soon as we find out.
