Umm, Luke Skywalker Is Missing From This "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" Poster

In advance of tickets going on sale and even more babies being christened ‘Anakin’, a new poster for Star Wars: The Force Awakens has been shared by Disney.
First of all: (*joyful gasp, followed by single tear rolling down cheek*)

Now, some serious business to address. It’s incredibly exciting to see newcomer Daisy Ridley front and center; that seems to suggest her character Rey will be the central focus of the J.J. Abrams flick. We just hope she gets to wield a lightsaber at some point, and that the honour isn’t reserved solely for John Boyega or Adam Driver’s villain, Kylo Ren.
Also looking fierce: Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie), still draped in cape, and Princess Leia’s new, oddball hairdo. BB-8, meanwhile, gets equal size-billing to Oscar Isaac, which sounds about right. (No offence Oscar, but you're not the one helping to deliver $5 billion worth of merch sales.)
But here’s the big issue: Where’s Luke Skywalker? Old-timers Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher make an appearance on the poster, yet second-billed Mark Hamill is nowhere to be seen. We imagine this is meant to be a nod towards the film’s plot, rather than it being an oversight on the Disney promotional team. Still, that doesn't necessarily bode well for Luke's fate.
A new trailer for Star Wars: The Force Awakens will debut Tuesday, October 20. Grimes must be psyched.
