A Second, Better Trailer For Star Wars: The Force Awakens Has Landed

A second, much meatier trailer for J.J. Abrams' Star Wars: The Force Awakens has dropped, kicking off a four-day Jedi convention in Anaheim.

Abrams and producer Kathleen Kennedy introduced the clip at the opening of something called Star Wars Celebration Live. Thankfully, because of this wonderful thing we call the Internet, you don't need to be in America to watch it.

Check out the clip to see more footage of series newcomers John Boyega and Daisy Ridley, a tantalising voice-over by Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill, our first glimpse at this episode's villains - including one very swaggy stormtrooper with a silver cape - and, best of all, Han Solo and Chewbecca looking very happy to be "home."

Star Wars: The Force Awakens arrives in cinemas this Christmas.
