Hodor Hated Ed Sheeran’s "Game of Thrones" Cameo Too

Hodor?
Hodor may have exited the Game of Thrones universe a few seasons back, but actor/DJ Kristian Nairn is still with us (and is a bit chattier than Hodor too).
In a recent interview with the Huffington Post, Nairn said he wasn’t a fan of GOT’s many musical cameos.
"I don’t like them," he elaborated, using 400 per cent more words than Hodor traditionally would.
"I think it’s stupid. I don’t mind going on the record on that. I just think it takes you right out of the world."
"Especially Ed Sheeran," he added, referring to Sheeran's widely despised appearance at the top of Season 7.

"I was like, 'Why is Ed Sheeran here?' I mean, Ed Sheeran’s great. He’s a great guy, great musician, but why is he in Game of Thrones?"
There was, however, one band that Nairn didn’t mind breaking GOT’s fragile reality: Iceland’s finest, Sigur Rós.
"They’re almost like Game of Thrones world in real life. They’re so elven and spiritual."
Well, now we’re just confused, because if the only criterion to cameo on Game of Thrones is to appear elven, Ed Sheeran surely passes!
