Gwendoline "Mark Ruffalo" Christie Spoiled the "Game of Thrones" Finale Two Years Ago

And Ser Jaime just let it happen.
Step aside, Mark Ruffalo. Get outta here, Tom Holland. And don’t even try to come for the crown, Gwyneth Paltrow. There’s a new Spoiler Queen in town.
A recently resurfaced interview from 2017 shows Game of Thrones star Gwendoline Christie accurately predicting/spoiling the divisive ending to the series.
*Spoilers ahead for the Game of Thrones series finale, "The Iron Throne".*
While speaking to Mario Lopez for Extra ahead of the Season 7 premiere, the actress behind Ser Brienne of Tarth revealed her pick for the eventual victor of the titular game: Bran.
Though it’s unlikely Christie knew how the show was actually going to end by this point in production, her co-star, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (AKA Jaime Lannister) winces during this entire portion of the chat, perhaps protesting too much. We’re now asking ourselves: What did he know and when did he know it?!
"I’m wondering if it might be Bran," Christie initially says, to the dumbfounded silence of her interviewer, who, like all fans this past week, can’t even fathom a reasonable argument for giving Winterfell’s most zooted teen the biggest job in the land.
"Just because we keep seeing the world from his perspective, don’t we?" she adds.
"We keep seeing the vision. Is he in the future predicting the past?"
"No, it doesn’t make sense," Coster-Waldau interjects, like a hapless Don Cheadle, watching an empire of secrets crumble before his very eyes.
But the damage was already done. Thankfully, fans didn’t accept Christie’s prediction as being all that likely at the time, and forgot about it until this very week. Guess someone needs to update her Wikipedia page and add 'real-life Three Eyed Raven'. In fact, we know just the person to do it…
