As America Protests, Hillary Clinton Goes For A Post-Election Hike

People around the world are reckoning with the shock victory of President-elect Donald Trump in all manner of ways.
Some are despondent, not sure what to do. Some are taking to the streets in protest. Some are going for hikes.
Count Hillary Clinton in the latter category.
New Yorker Margot Gerster had a similar idea, posting to Facebook her encounter with the almost-President (along with an adorable family snap).
“I’ve been feeling so heartbroken since yesterday's election and decided what better way to relax than take my girls hiking,” she wrote.
“I heard a bit of rustling coming towards me and as I stepped into the clearing there she was, Hillary Clinton and Bill with their dogs doing exactly the same thing as I was.”
It wouldn’t be unreasonable to suspect that there was some Secret Service interference at some point during this story (Hillary is just a few days away from the election, after all, and her husband, you’ll remember, was president for eight years and enjoys lifetime protection).
However, someone was always going to be the first to catch Hill and Bill out in the (almost literal) wild, getting on with their lives.
Let us never forget the image of Mitt Romney, one week after the election, going to see The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2 at the cinema.
Presidential candidates: they’re just like us.
