All Three Original "Charmed" Sisters Are Officially Annoyed With the Reboot

But… the reboot hired an actual witch!

Alyssa Milano has expressed her annoyance with the Charmed reboot, making it three-for-three when it comes to the original Halliwell sisters.

Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Alyssa Milano—better known as Phoebe to all the Charmed heads out there—said of the reboot’s producers, "I wish that they would have come to us and we would have been involved since the beginning."

She at least offered the following olive branch, of sorts: "But having said that, I do hope that it reaches the newer generation and impacts that generation the way ours was able to do for its generation."

Nonetheless, the comments follow the complaints of her original TV siblings, Holly Marie Combs (Piper) and Shannon Doherty (Prue), with the latter calling it "a bit offensive".

The only remaining Halliwell sister from the OG Charmed yet to chime in is Rose McGowan, who played Paige. But, you know, she’s got other things going on right now.

The 2018 Charmed series will debut later this year and stars Madeleine Mantock, Melonie Diaz and Sarah Jeffery as the new trio of witchy sisters, Macy, Mel and Maggie, respectively.
