Want to See "Deadpool 2" Even Earlier? Well, It's Happening

You'll be seeing your favourite, most-damaged superhero sooner than expected.

2018 looks like it's shaping up to be a pretty good year for film. There are new titles from fan-faves like Jurassic World, Star Wars, Avengers as well as the hotly-anticipated Ready Player One and Black Panther.

But some of 20th Century Fox's biggest titles scheduled for this year, such as Deadpool 2 and The New Mutants, have been shuffled around due to these other huge releases.

It's being reported by Deadline that Deadpool 2 will actually be pushed forward a fortnight, a week before the release of Solo: A Star Wars Story.

Unfortunately, the release of The New Mutants, a Marvel film that sees teen mutant superheroes try to escape an institution, will now be delayed by about nine months to next year.

*Deadpool 2 pushes up*
That’s cool.

*Gambit delayed 4 months*
Not surprising.

*New Mutants delayed 10 months*
EXCUSE ME!?

So, feel the hype. Deadpool 2 will likely hit screens this May and Solo: A Star Wars Story a week after that.

It's a good time (for movie lovers) to be alive.

Watch this teaser trailer in the meantime. Content warning: It's a Deadpool trailer so there's coarse language and adult references.
