Unexpected Feud Alert: Shane Warne v Waleed Aly (Dawn Of Justice)

You just never know where the next feud will arise, and 2016 has been a bountiful one for bizarre beefs (B.O.B. v Neil Degrasse Tyson; Kim Kardashian v Bette Midler).
Now comes the latest showdown between one of Australia’s great thinkers, Shane Warne, and The Project’s Waleed Aly. After being booted from I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here on Wednesday night (not, shockingly, for his theory of evolution), Warne appeared on The Project for a thorough exit-interview. What he maybe didn’t anticipate, however, was a query about the Shane Warne Foundation, his controversial charity that is now being audited for fund mismanagement. “You are about to land back in Australia and land in the middle of that issue,” Aly noted, according to the Huffington Post, before asking, “What are you doing about that the moment you get back home?" "If people want to have a crack at us for raising money and making a difference, go ahead,” Warne responded. “We have nothing to hide. We welcome any audit.” Then, less diplomatically, he added, "You can get stuffed if you want to have a go at us but we are very, very proud of what we have been able to achieve." Aly chimed in: "I am not sure the independent auditors will get stuffed but I'm sure we will see what they ultimately say.” Well, this set Warney right off.Shane WarneWe chat to Shane Warne about spiders, his relationship with Carmen Electra & his charity #ImACelebrityAU #TheProjectTV

"You doubting me mate? You think we've got something to hide?" he asked, angrily. Aly, keen to wrap up the interview, closed with: "I am not saying anything but I'm not an auditor so I've got absolutely no comment on it.” But when The Project closes the door, Twitter opens a window: You better believe we’ll be following this story.
