Travis Scott Has Deactivated His Instagram After Getting Roasted for His Halloween Costume

It was more cockroach than Batman.

If you're a fan of Halloween, it's safe to say you probably look forward to watching horror movies with your mates and planning what freaky costume you're going to wear.

While most of us don't exactly get judged for whatever we choose to dress up as, we all know that life is different for celebrities. In fact, they get scrutinised for pretty much everything they do.

Take rapper Travis Scott, for example. Over the weekend, he posted a photo of his Batman Halloween outfit on Instagram and was immediately trolled over it.

We'll admit it: Scott's Batman costume was... strange. For whatever reason, the rapper decided to make the suit and cape totally brown.

Unfortunately, there's simply no denying the sad reality that it makes him look like a giant cockroach (as people were quick to point out).

Even though the backlash was fairly innocent (and very funny), there's a chance that fans took the trolling a little too far, because Scott has now deactivated his Instagram account.

Some fans felt blatantly bad that Scott was being roasted and defended his costume decision online.

Look, the deactivation could be completely unrelated, but the timing certainly suggests otherwise.

Alternatively, Scott may have deleted his Insta account because he was attending Kendall Jenner's extravagant birthday/Halloween party, which had a strict 'no posting' policy.

Of course, a whole bunch of photos and videos from the party ended up on social media anyway, with attendees being criticised for not social distancing or wearing masks.

We're just hoping Scott still managed to eat his McDonald's meal in peace while wearing his Batman costume.
