These Bethesda Games Are Now Available on Xbox Game Pass

Microsoft asks DOOM, Fallout and others to move in.
The relationship between Microsoft and Bethesda has intensified with 20 Bethesda games now available on Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
Only last week was Micorsoft's purchase of the game's devloper confirmed, but Bethesda have wasted little time moving in to the Xbox household with some fan-favourites already populating the Xbox Game Pass library.
From DOOM to The Elder Scrolls, Bethesda fans can explore the best the developer have to offer from the last 30 years all in the one place.
This includes the groundbreaking DOOM from 1993—the pioneer of first-person shooter games—and the expansive 2002 game, Morrowind (The Elder Scrolls III).
All 20 games are able to be played on console, with 16 titles available on PC, console and mobile devices.

This means that you can slay dragons in Skyrim all on your iPhone. We can’t vouch for the quality, but if Xbox says it’s possible, we believe them.
An added bonus to this announcement is a boost in the FPS for users on the Xbox Series X/S.
Xbox haven’t revealed which games will benefit from this upgrade, but they have said they will have more to share on that soon.

What about PlayStation users?
What about you? You’ve had exclusives for years, Xbox is now just playing catch-up.
Just kidding, we love PlayStation players.
We understand the pain though. These games we’ve played for years on PlayStation, so even a whisper of losing them is enough to have us slightly worried.
There is some good news though. Regarding the future of some of Bethesda’s big releases like The Elder Scrolls 6 and space epic Starfield, Xbox Chief Phil Spencer had this to say:
"Obviously, I can’t sit here and say every Bethesda game is exclusive, because we know that’s not true. There are contractual obligations that we’re going to see through, as we always do in every one of these instances.”
Phew. You had us worried there for a bit.

Sounds like in the short-term, big Bethesda releases will be made for both Xbox and PlayStation.
Long-term, however, we recommend you start saving for an Xbox if you don’t wanna miss out.
