Baking is our passion.

There are only a few things in this world that people (maybe just me?) love more than cooking food and then eating it. While I'm great at the latter, I usually leave the former to people who make it their profession.

But for those out there who can bake (with success) like no tomorrow, your calling has arrived. The Great Australian Bake Off, Australia's answer to the popular U.K. television series, is a place where Australia's up-and-coming bakers compete for culinary glory and it could be you (if you're over 16, that is).

So, whip out those baking trays and mixing bowls and fake it 'till you make it get creative. Apply here before Sunday 18 February if you've got that culinary je ne sais quoi and want to get your face on television.
