Queen Sophie Monk Is Looking for Somebody to Love in First Ad for “The Bachelorette”

Bardot’s Sophie Monk is your new Bachelorette, Australia.

Network Ten (which has somehow managed to afford the rights to Queen’s “Somebody to Love” despite their recent woes) has dropped the trailer for the next season of The Bachelorette.

In it, Sophie Monk—who has been a part of our lives for literally fifteen years—gets the starring role she’s long deserved, looking for love (with a bit of self-deprecating humour).

Here’s hoping the casting of someone with a history of being charismatic on television means the next season of She-Bachie will work out better than previous/current efforts.

There’s no debut date just yet, but stay tuned.
