Prepare for "DJ Llama" in "Fortnite" Season 6

Epic Games is giving the people what they want with the upcoming sixth season of Fortnite: a DJ Llama.

Yes, you read that correctly: A. Disc. Jockey. Llama.

Need more info? We cannot help you. Epic has simply teased their Season 6 update—due 27 September—with a new 'Llama' skin that comes with a Daft Punk-ish helmet, and a hoodie, with the message "all great parties need a DJ". So, we’re going ahead and assuming this particular skin makes you 'DJ Llama'.

What else can you get when Fortnite Season 6 lands on 27 September? Epic, as is typical, is remaining super vague, but you can probably expect a new Battle Pass (these have gone on sale at the top of every new season to date).

However, there’s reason to think we’re getting some more significant changes with this latest update. Not only is Fortnite coming up on the year anniversary of their Battle Royale mode, but players have noticed a purple cube that seems to be mutating elements of the island in a similarly purple manner. Is the cube going to give birth to DJ Llama on Thursday? Now that’d be a hell of a twist.

We only hope DJ Llama can eventually spin the tunes at some Fortnite­-founded weddings, to make up for all the Fortnite-inspired divorces.

Fortnite S6 will be available at the end of this week on PS4, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch.
