Pray for SZA Because She Says Her Voice Has Been "Permanently Injured"

At just the age of 27, SZA is facing a difficult future due to her swollen vocal cords.
The "Love Galore" singer took to Twitter overnight to announce that her "voice is permanently injured”, which she followed with a sarcastic “Great !!!!!!!!!!!!".
A few days earlier, SZA had to opt out of a few live dates on the Top Dawg Entertainment Championship Tour due to swollen vocal cords, and to prevent any permanent damage.
However, SZA was seemingly disappointed with her recent return to the stage, saying, "tonight was the test."
"That settles that."
Her tweets have since been deleted, including one last worrying message: "I just wanna be left alone my priorities are f***ed up."
"I need space goodbye."
SZA had previously been taking steroids to mend her vocal cords, but in an Instagram post she said the medication had stopped working.
It’s an unfortunate cap to what was looking to be an incredible 2018, thanks to her chart-topping success on the Black Panther soundtrack, five Grammy nominations for her debut album CTRL and a cameo in Childish Gambino’s "This Is America" video (now viewed more than 200 million times).
Here’s hoping this is just a minor obstacle in what will be a long and bop-filled career.
