Netflix's "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" Teaser Is Less Teen Witch, More Horror Show

Sabrina, that '90s teenage witch, is back but she's edgier than ever.
If you remember Sabrina the Teenage Witch from your childhood as the goofy, light-hearted comedy about a teen witch and her talking (and very robotic) cat, prepare to have that image stripped away for eternity.
That's because Sabrina is getting an edgy 2018 makeover and she's looking more like Satan's little helper than a cutesy teen witch finding her way through middle school.
Don't believe us? The trailer, which was just released, shows us how sinister Sabrina's surroundings really are.

Scary (and uncomfortably awkward?) dining room situations.

Spooky witch rituals.

Sabrina looking concerned while in an outdoor forest bathtub?
And yes, Sabrina does looks familiar because she's played by Don Draper's daughter, Sally Draper, whose real-life name is Kiernan Shipka.

The show will follow the chilling adventures of Sabrina Spellman as she navigates teenage life as a half-human, half-witch, completing school studies by day and fighting evil forces by night.
People have definitely noted the stylistic and ~mood~ changes from the original show and source material but are still very here for it.
I'm going to watch "Sabrina" by telling myself Sally Draper was cryogenically frozen, defrosted, changed her name to Sabrina, and decided to become a witch to deal with her unresolved family issues. pic.twitter.com/QghgwaemrY
