Forget the Cat: We’re Getting Serious "Craft" Vibes from Netflix’s "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina"

Sorry, Salem.
The first official images from Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina have arrived and they are truly… cold-making.
Mad Men’s Kiernan Shipka stars in the title role (she plays 'Sabrina', not a character called 'Chilling' or 'Adventures'), though the part was originally made famous by Melissa Joan Hart in the frothy sit-com Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
However, this fresh new take on the comic book character is going to be quite a bit darker, coming from Riverdale head Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa (Sabrina is actually originally from the world of Archie Comics).
In the first official pics, a red-cloaked Sabrina wanders a psychedelic wood with a large stick in hand, and can later be seen in a "dark Baptism", joined by her aunts Hilda (Lucy Davis) and Zelda (Miranda Otto).

(Fans of The Craft are probably already whispering "light as a feather, stiff as a board" to themselves right now.)
Unfortunately, there is no sign of any talking puppet-cats at this point, which is really the only thing we hoped Netflix would keep from the original series. We will also accept a chilling talking puppet-cat, FYI.
