Netflix Drops Full Trailer For "A Series of Unfortunate Events" (The Excitement Is So Real)

The first full trailer for Netflix's adaptation of A Series Of Unfortunate Events has finally landed, and it stars Neil Patrick Harris as Count Olaf.

Looks like Netflix has been cooking up another whimsical original series, this time, based off of Lemony Snicket's international best-selling books, A Series Of Unfortunate Events.

The trailer was published yesterday for the entire world to see. Under the video, Netflix wrote: "The world is vast and full of wonders. So on Friday, the 13th of January, please... watch something else."

Ooh, very ambiguous.

Neil Patrick Harris (aka, Barney Stinson from How I Met Your Mother) stars as the ominous Count Olaf. He appears in the video completely decked out in devious disguises, which is very in-character.

The series will also star: Joan Cusack as Justice Strauss, Malina Weissman as Violet Baudelaire and Louise Hynes as Klaus Baudelaire.

Check out the trailer below:

An official poster has also been released.

The series will premiere in 2017, on January 13. Too spooky.
