PSA: Maccas Are Launching a Cadbury Caramilk McFlurry

Caramilk is taking over.

In a world where Caramilk flavoured desserts reign supreme, it was only a matter of time before Maccas jumped on the bandwagon too.

Just last week we wrote about how Browns Dairy is selling flavoured milk that’s inspired by the caramel chocolate bar and last month we revealed Krispy Kreme’s new Caramilk doughnuts.

Now, Macca's is taking their turn by launching their very own Cadbury Caramilk McFlurry that’s due to land in restaurants nationwide tomorrow.

As you may have guessed, the golden dessert features Macca’s iconic vanilla soft serve mixed with Cadbury Caramilk flakes and a Caramilk sauce.

Macca’s Australia’s Senior Brand Manager, Liz Whitbread explained that the burger joint is “so excited” to be bringing both McFlurry fans and Caramilk fans this combo.

“It’s here, it’s Cadbury Caramilk and it’s only available while stocks last,” she said.

“Caramilk is a phenomenon adored by chocolate fans across the country. Its unique, delicious caramelised white chocolate is truly in a league of its own.

“We are so excited to be introducing the Caramilk McFlurry and give Aussie Macca’s fans the dessert they have been dreaming about.”

The announcement comes after spicy rumours about the product floated around social media last month.

A page on Facebook called ‘Cooking For My Hungry Family’ shared a promo image of the ice cream, with many keen commenters jumping on the excitement.

At the time, a spokesperson for Macca’s told 7 News to “stay tuned” for developments on the new menu item.

“We know how much love and excitement there is for our iconic McFlurry,” the spokesperson said.

“We are actively listening to customer feedback and encourage our loyal McFlurry fans to stay tuned for more information.”

Unfortunately for literally everyone, the decadent dessert is only available for a limited time, so we’d suggest getting your hands on it while you can.

The Cadbury Caramilk McFlurry is available from McDonald’s restaurants nationwide from tomorrow Wednesday 13 October 2021.
