Umm, Kim Just Snapchatted Footage Of Taylor Giving Kanye Approval For "Famous"

The Swift-Kardashian-West feud just went nuclear.

Earlier this year, Kanye West and Taylor Swift’s long-dormant feud roared back to life with the release of West’s new album The Life of Pablo.

The instigating lyric came from “Famous”, in which Kanye joked, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex; I made that b**** famous”.

Since its release, Kanye has insisted that Taylor signed off on the line, though Swift seemed to indicate at the Grammys that it wasn’t the case at all.

West’s wife, Kim Kardashian, came to her hubby’s defence in a GQ cover profile, accusing Swift of playing “the victim”. She also teased that she had footage of Swift giving “Famous” the thumbs up.

Then this happened…

She snapped the footage.

In the video (handily compiled and added to Twitter, because Snaps never truly die), a very polite West calls up Swift and recites the lyrics, to which she just as politely responds, “It’s like a compliment.”

West continues: “All I give a f*** about is you as a person and as a friend. I want things that make you feel good.”

“I mean, go with whatever lines feels better,” Taylor adds. “It’s all very tongue in cheek either way. And I really appreciate you telling me about it. That’s really nice.”

“Oh, yeah I just felt I had a responsibility to you as a friend,” he says in response.

“Thanks for being so cool about it.”

Is it nitpicky to point out that we never hear Kanye share the specific “b****” lyric that is probably most problematic? Does Kim K still have that stuffed in her back pocket for later deployment? Also, isn’t it the opposite of chill to record a phone conversation without the other party’s consent, and then release it online? Or should we just shut up and accept this #rolled #gold #content as it's dished out to us?

Most importantly, how will this alter Taylor’s revenge plans against Kanye for that nude “Famous” video?
