Kanye West Visits Hospital After Tweeting Public Apology to Kim Kardashian

He's asked his wife for forgiveness.

Rapper Kanye West visited the hospital over the weekend after suffering a significant amount of anxiety.

An insider told Us Weekly, "Kanye has been experiencing a lot of anxiety lately. He has been surrounded by a lot of people and started to feel really overwhelmed." 

The insider told the publication that Kanye went to the hospital to get checked out. However, upon his arrival, the rapper decided he'd rather be seen at home instead. 

As reported by The Sun, Ye was treated by doctors at his ranch in Cody, Wyoming. 

Kanye's hospital visit came after he tweeted a public apology to his wife Kim Kardashian. The singer asked for her forgiveness for "going public with something that was a private matter."

Ye had previously shared private information about the couple at a South Carolina campaign rally last week. He revealed they'd debated whether to go through with Kim's first pregnancy. 

Following that, Kanye claimed in a now-deleted tweet that he'd been trying to divorce Kim ever since she attended a prison reform event also attended by rapper Meek Mill.

Ye had also shaded his wife's past photoshoot with Playboy, and suggested his mother-in-law Kris Jenner was no longer allowed to see the couple's four children. 

Last week, Kim took to Instagram to make a statement about the tweets, asking people to have compassion for Kanye, who suffers from bipolar disorder. 

"As many of you know, Kanye has bipolar disorder. Anyone who has this or has a loved one in their life who does, knows how incredibly complicated and painful it is to understand," Kim wrote.

"Those who are close with Kanye know his heart and understand his words sometimes do not align with his intentions." 

At this stage, it looks like Kanye is still running for president this year. He's also seemingly delayed the release of his new album Donda: with Child, which was supposed to come out last Friday.

He hinted that he still needed to "finish the album" in a tweet on Wednesday 22 July. At this stage, no new release date has been confirmed.
