How to Watch "Relic" in Australia

It was hailed by critics at the Sundance Film Festival.

If you are looking for your next horror movie to watch, look no further. Relic, which is directed by Natalie Erika James, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival back in January and it has already received rave reviews. Now, it's heading to Stan.

The Australian film serves as a metaphor for Alzheimer's disease, telling the story of Edna (Robyn Nevin), an elderly and widowed matriarch who goes missing, and her daughter Kay (Emily Mortimer) and granddaughter Sam (Bella Heathcote), who must travel to their family home in the Melbourne countryside to find her.

However, soon after they return, they realise a dark presence is haunting the house and taking control of Edna.

At the moment, the flick has a rating of 100 per cent on the Rotten Tomatoes Tomatometer, which means you should definitely add it to your list of movies to watch.

Relic is actually a Stan original film, which means it'll be landing on Stan on Friday 10 July.

It leads a series of brand new originals and theatrical releases that'll be revealed over the coming weeks.

The announcement comes following the record-breaking release of Justin Kurzel's True History of The Kelly Gang, along with The Other Guy, The Gloaming, The Commons and the second season of Bloom.
