How to Watch "Doom Patrol" Season 2 in Australia

You know what you're binge-watching this weekend.

If you have been patiently impatiently waiting for Season 2 of Doom Patrol to be released, we can hardly blame you. After all, the crazy and hilarious DC show kicked off in 2019 to overwhelmingly positive reviews.

Developed by Supernatural's Jeremy Carver, the show follows a group of misfit superheroes including Robotman (Brendan Fraser), Elasti-Girl (April Bowlby), Crazy Jane (Diane Guerrero) and Negative Man (Matt Bomer). They all gained superhuman abilities as a result of traumatic accidents, which left them damaged or disfigured.

Doom Patrol is one of the best shows I've seen in years.

Most of the members were treated by the Chief (Timothy Dalton), a doctor who gave them residence in his mansion to help protect them from the outside world.

Now, here's the good news: you don't have to wait at all to watch Season 2. In fact, it dropped on Binge earlier this week on Wednesday 2 September.

That means if you're a Binge subscriber, you can watch it right now. (Affiliate disclosure: Student Edge may earn a commission if you click that link and buy a product from our partner's page.)

Doom Patrol Season 2 premiered on both HBO Max and DC Universe on 25 June in the United States, so don't go searching for any spoilers.

#DoomPatrol is the best live action superhero show ever. I hope it gets renewed for season 3.

*Doom Patrol Season 1 finale spoilers below.*

If you've watched the first season, you would know that the S1 finale ends abruptly before we're introduced to Dr. Caulder's daughter, Dorothy Spinner (Abigail Shapiro).

Season 2 focuses on the team adjusting to their new dynamic in the wake of Dr. Caulder's treachery being exposed.

It'll also reveal the final fate of Mr. Nobody (Alan Tudyk) and the Beard Hunter (Tommy Snider). As the Season 1 finale ends, we saw an image of the two villains on the blank canvas that had been used to contain Danny the Street.

*End of spoilers.*

Well, it looks like you're going to have to cancel your plans this weekend. You've got a date with Doom Patrol.
