Here's When the Next "Resident Evil Village" Demos Are Coming

They're only available for a short time.
All right all you survival horror game fans. To get prepped for its release on 7 May, Capcom is dropping three demos for Resident Evil Village (although you probably missed the first one) to get you excited for the new game.
There are just two catches: they’re going to be available for eight hours and you will only be able to play each demo for 30 minutes.
The first two demos will be PlayStation exclusive and then the third demo will be available on all platforms. Even better news: all the demos are free.
Let’s have a look at how this is going to work.
Resident Evil Village – Village Demo
The Village Demo was available from 3am to 11am on Monday, 19 April, so if you’re reading this, you probably missed out on playing (soz).
This demo allowed players to explore the snowy surroundings and interior dwellings of the dilapidated European village that is central to the game’s story.
Don’t worry, there will be an opportunity to play it again later.
REALLY loved the new Resident Evil Village demo that just hit PS5/PS4 💀

It's timed to 30 minutes (which is a bummer since I easily could've spent twice that exploring) but the setting, mood, and general atmosphere make for some fantastic folk horror.

Resident Evil Village – Castle Demo
The castle demo will be available from 3am to 11am on Monday, 26 April.
Players will only be allowed to play this demo within that eight-hour window and are restricted to 30 minutes of game-time.
In this demo version, players will explore Castle Dimitrescu, the epicentre of a number of murders and mutilations.
Ngl, that sounds creepy.

Resident Evil Village – Castle/Village Demo
The final demo is a combo of the two listed above. This time, however, the demo is playable on all platforms (PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC) and available from 8pm Sunday, 2 May to 8pm Monday, 3 May.
Instead of the previous 30-minute time limit, gamers will have a full one hour to play the demo. So generous, Capcom.
For PlayStation owners that means three horror-filled weekends of Resident Evil fun. Sorry Xbox and PC.
It is important to note that the demos will be available for a pre-load so you won’t waste any of the play-time windows waiting for the game to download. Phew!
Finally, for those of you wondering if these demos will be different from the Maiden Demo released exclusively on PlayStation 5 earlier this year, the answer is yes—though there is the possibility that some familiar environments from the castle may appear.
Resident Evil Village will be hitting shelves on 7 May 2021 for all platforms.
