Here Are All the Things Henry Cavill Actually Looks Like in "The Witcher"

And no, it’s not Geralt.

Netflix’s eight-episode adaptation of The Witcher book and video game series is still a year away, but that’s not stopping them from sharing a costume and makeup test featuring star Henry Cavill as Geralt.

At first glance: not bad! Henry Cavill certainly doesn’t resemble Superman, and he definitely doesn’t look like the moustachioed villain from Mission: Impossible—Fallout (perhaps tragically).

But, as the internet quickly noted, he doesn’t look a whole lot like The Witcher’s Geralt either, and that's the character he’s meant to be playing. He looks like… well, other stuff.
