Finally: You Can Buy Macca’s Big Mac Special Sauce in Store Tomorrow

There are only 100,000 bottles to go around, so get in fast.
Last year, we learnt that punters would pay up to $20,000 for a bottle of McDonald’s Szechuan sauce, and that was just due to its ironic (and iconic) proximity to Rick and Morty.
Now, imagine how much three entire bottles of their fabled Big Mac Special Sauce could fetch in an auction, especially if all the proceeds were going to charity.
Macca’s will put that to the test tomorrow morning, when its charity auction for a Bic Mac 50th Birthday Mini Fridge on eBay comes to an end.
The Mini Fridge holds the first three 500ml bottles of Macca’s commemorative 50th anniversary Special Sauce, with all funds going to Ronald McDonald House Charities (which supports sick kids and their families while they’re being treated in nearby hospitals).
As of this writing, the highest bid is sitting at $4,000. You’ll have before 10am EST Wednesday 6 June to top that.
If you miss out, you can line up for one of the 100,000 bottles of Special Sauce going on sale across Australia from 10:30am EST tomorrow morning. And all proceeds for those bad boys are going to Ronald McDonald House Charities too.
As you can imagine, at the far-cheaper price point of $12 a pop, these things aren’t going to hang around for long.
