Eleven-Year-Old Writes a Killer Six-Page Report to Convince Her Parents to Adopt a Cat

When most kids want a cat or dog, the typical method is to repeatedly beg until fed-up parents either give in or make it clear that it’s never going to happen.

But not for Romesa. She decided that she was going to take a more pragmatic approach and wrote up a six-page report explaining why getting a cat would be good for her and the family.

The report outlines how cats save lives and reduce stress, backing up these claims with solid facts (although, her referencing is looking a lil' light).

"People with cats have an eight per cent less chance of having to go to the doctors," she expertly pointed out.

She even outlined the need to save cats who are neglected or abandoned; her recommendation is to adopt from a cat shelter. She definitely covered all bases.

Her rigorous report really hit a nerve with many.

Give the girl a cat already.
