Ed Sheeran Has Quit Twitter Because of You Cyber Bullies

Ed Sheeran has again decided to quit Twitter because he can’t handle the amount of abuse directed towards him.

Sheeran told The Sun he’s exiting the social media site because he seems to only see mean things about him.

"One comment ruins your day. The headf**k for me has been trying to work out why people dislike me so much," he said.

Sheeran explained that he thinks some of the trolling is from Lady Gaga stans who are trying to teach him a lesson after assuming he spoke about her in an interview.

"I think Twitter gets on a massive steam roll of assuming things and then you get in the s***," Sheeran said.

He last quit Twitter in 2015 after finishing his X tour, explaining that he was "seeing the world through a screen and not my eyes."

Sheeran's Instagram is still linked to his Twitter, which makes it look like he's continuing to post. But don't be fooled: He's long gone.

Just remember Ed...

Update: Sheeran took to Instagram to say he hasn't "quit anything". Rather, he's just not "reading anything, except Harry Potter".
