Domino's Have Teased a Low-Carb Watermelon Pizza Base and My Eyes Are Burning

But you did this for what?
Domino's loves to give its customers a new dietary option every now and then, so it should be pretty fair to assume that when pizza fans requested a low-carb base, that they would come through. Think again.
Instead of catering to yet another dietary requirement (honestly, we love that they do) the cheeky pizza bois have instead decided to tease the request by creating a monstrous watermelon base pepperoni pizza. Oh, hell naw.
This is giving me very similar vibes to that ‘watermelon ham’ that circulated the internet a few years ago.
Apparently inspired by El Burrito Monster on Instagram, Domino's came across the original vid and couldn’t not recreate it. Describing the taste as “acquired.”
Mmkay, can we please stop cooking watermelons now, that’d be great.
I’m not alone in my fear of this fruity creation, many people in the comments of Domino's video have had it lol.
“This should be illegal,” wrote @k.athrynh.
“Permission not to eat the crust?” replied @eatparramatta.
One wild commenter, however, claimed that this sounds better than pineapple on pizza, but I gotta disagree. #pinapplebelongsonpizza.
Fortunately for the world, it doesn’t look like Domino's are actually going to be adding this pizza to their menu, but if they’re capable of this, what else might they put on pizza?
Looking at Domino's track record, we wouldn’t put it past them to put something as insane as this on their menu.
Earlier this week they threw us back to 2007 when they legit sold a meat pie pizza, which featured peas, gravy and pastry on top. Smh.
Me and Domino's be back and forth like:
