Chester Bennington’s Wife Shares Linkin Park Frontman’s Final Video on Twitter

Trigger Warning: This article discusses suicide and depression.

The wife of Chester Bennington has released the last video taken of her late husband.

It was filmed 36 hours before the Linkin Park frontman took his own life, and features Bennington laughing and playing with his kids, showing no sign of his personal distress.

Talinda Bennington shared the clip via Twitter, saying, "I’m showing this so that you know that depression doesn't have a face or a mood."

"This is what depression looked like to us," she added.

Mild coarse language warning.

Bennington died on July 20 at the age of 41.

On September 10, to mark Suicide Prevention Week, Bennington’s 15-year-old son Draven posted a video to YouTube urging people to "talk to someone" when they are "feeling depressed, sad, or going through a hard week, month or year."
