Ariana Grande's "7 Rings" Samples "The Sound of Music", Is Your New Favourite Thing

Ariana Grande's non-stop tour of handling her breakups better than anyone else continues with "7 Rings".
After a week of teases, Ari has dropped a new single to follow her self-proclaimed smash, "thank u, next", along with a pink-hued video to go with it (suggesting she's not quite done paying tribute to Legally Blonde).

In "7 Rings", she once again explicitly refers to her broken engagement to Pete Davidson, saying she's "wearing a ring, but ain't gon' be no 'Mrs'". Ari also remarks how she should be a "sad b****" but is instead just a "savage", and, yeah, no one's arguing there.
But perhaps what's most significant about the song is that it once again reveals Grande to be a Sound of Music stan, as the tune riffs on Julie Andrews' iconic "My Favourite Things" throughout.
Back in 2016, when Ariana hosted Saturday Night Live, she spoofed The Sound of Music by playing Andrews' character, Maria. (Awkward side note: It was on this episode, during the opening monologue, that Ariana and Pete first publicly interacted.)
Did Ari soothe herself over the Christmas break by rewatching The Sound of Music? Was this the trick to her rapid heart-healing process?
If so, add it to the list.
