Addicted to Chicken Nuggets? Well, There's a Chicken Nugget Festival This Weekend

You get a chicken nugget! You also get a chicken nugget!

If you live, or happen to be, in Melbourne this weekend, we're jealous. That's because Melbourne is hosting their second Chicken Nugget Festival and that means one very important thing: FREE. NUGGETS.

This sacrilegious event will be held on both 21 and 22 July (Saturday and Sunday) at Welcome to Thornbury, a permanent food truck area in Melbourne's north-eastern suburb of Northcote.

You can even purchase exclusive merch for the event if you want to have bragging rights for the rest of the year.

Last year, the venue held their first run of the concept and it was, unsurprisingly, hugely popular. It brought in 10,000 hungry chicken nugget fiends who consumed around 50,000 chicken nuggets over the weekend.

If you're in the area (did we mention we're aggressively jealous?), head to Welcome to Thornbury from 12pm on either day. For those about to eat, we salute you.
