Will Taylor Swift and Donald Trump Get Invited to the Karlie Kloss-Josh Kushner Wedding?

Yet another summit of world leaders with global implications.

Karlie Kloss, model and star of those 'build your own website' ads we see every time we try to watch anything on YouTube, has announced her engagement to venture capitalist Josh Kushner.

If his last name sounds familiar, it’s probably because it’s been consistently in the news for the last 36 months, attached to 'Jared'.

That’s right: Josh Kushner is the younger brother of President Donald Trump’s advisor and son-in-law Jared Kushner.

And, if you’ve made the jump on which this entire article is premised, that also means there is an extended Trump family wedding on the horizon, and Karlie Kloss’ squad is likely to cop an invite.

So, who’ll be there? You can probably guarantee Jared Kushner and his wife, Ivanka Trump. And it’s not so outlandish to predict a seat going to President Trump too.

But which of Karlie’s famous friends will be seated opposite the Kushner-Trumps?

In April, Kloss listed her lifelong best friends as Jourdan Dunn, Joan Smalls, Toni Garrn and Lily Aldridge.

However, in recent years, she’s been on-again, off-again with the extended squad of Taylor Swift, which has included Gigi and Bella Hadid, Cara Delevingne, Blake Lively, Selena Gomez, Lena Dunham, Ellie Goulding, Serayah, Haim, Lorde and, most hilariously, Ryan Reynolds.

There have been suggestions of fractures between a number of these members—including Dunham and Lorde—but the biggest rumoured rift is been between Swift and Kloss, culminating with the most damning subtweet of all: an Instagram post by Kloss with the caption "swish swish" from January. The previous month, Kloss had wished Swift a happy birthday, but that was not enough to keep Taylor’s fans from swarming Karlie’s Instagram with rat emojis.

Will they be able to reconcile before the big day? Might Taylor squeeze into the wedding party before the nuptials? And will she even want to come, given all the controversy surrounding her assumed political beliefs?

Needless to say, this situation is a little… delicate.
