When Is “No Time to Die” Coming Out in Australia?

Daniel Craig returns as James Bond for the last time.
Cue the infamous James Bond theme ‘cos we’re one month away from the release of No Time to Die.
Donning the tuxedo one last time, Daniel Craig returns as agent 007 for one final time before hanging up his martini glass and calling it a day.
After five films, it’s fair to say it’s mission accomplished for the British actor.
To make sure you don’t go into the film blind, here’s everything you need to know about No Time to Die.
When is the new James Bond movie coming out in Australia?
Like many other films in the COVID-19 era, the latest Bond film was one of the first big victims of rescheduling since the pandemic hit.
Finally, after almost a year since it was meant to be released, No Time to Die will land in Aussie cinemas on 11 November.
What is No Time to Die about?
The new Bond film sees Britain’s most famous spy coaxed out of retirement to help rescue a kidnapped scientist. However, the mission turns out to be more dangerous than anticipated, leading the agent to a mysterious villain armed with some dangerous new technology that threatens the world.
Of course, you can expect some romance from the debonair man, as well as some global galivanting, high-paced action and plenty of gadgetry. It is a Bond film after all.
The real question is though—given it’s Craig’s last film—will 007 die or ride off into the sunset? I’m secretly hoping for a Bond death.

Who stars in the new 007 film?
Obviously, Daniel Craig reprises his role as James Bond, but joining him is a mega cast.
Rami Malek stars alongside Craig as Lyutsifer Safin, a terrorist leader armed with powerful technology. Honestly, super pumped to see how Malek will hit another home run with this role.
Every 007 film needs its ‘Bond girl’ and that honour goes to French actress Lea Seydoux who also appeared in Casino Royale.
To throw some tension in the film, Lashana Lynch plays Nomi, a new 00 agent who is assigned the 007 number after Bond retired.
Rounding out the cast is Ralph Fiennes as M and as Ben Whishaw as Q.

Who will replace Daniel Craig as James Bond?
With Craig moving on from the famous role, it’s left a gaping hole in the franchise that many actors would love to fill.
Universal pictures have not announced a replacement yet (and probably won’t for a couple of years) but some great names have been thrown around.
Idris Elba remains to be the leading candidate for the role. He’s a phenomenal actor and would break massive barriers being the first black James Bond.
Joining Elba is Tom Hardy and Henry Cavill, both fantastic actors who could easily put on the tux and be right at home.
Only time will tell, but my heart is set on Elba.
No Time to Die is in Australian cinemas on 11 November 2021.
