Wax Beyoncé Is Back at NYC's Madame Tussauds After Being "Fixed"

Last week, social media was set alight after a photo was posted of a Beyoncé wax figurine at New York City's Madame Tussauds.

Many criticisms were lobbed at the museum due to the figurine's likeness being closer to that of Shakira, Lindsay Lohan or even Britney Spears, which raised some serious concerns regarding the whitewashing of the singer.

The museum explained to ET that the photo didn't accurately represent the IRL figurine.

"Lighting within the attraction combined with flash photography may distort and misrepresent the color of our wax figures, which is something our sculptors are unable to account for at the production stage," the statement to ET read.

Madame Tussauds then caved into pressure from the Beyhive (Beyoncé's stans) and removed wax Yoncé from the floor.

But now, she's been "adjusted" and put back on display.

"We have adjusted the styling and lighting of the figure and she is on display at Madame Tussauds New York," another statement to ET read.

Photos of the new figurine have surfaced online and people aren't really feeling this more "realistic" depiction of Queen Bey.

Hmm, something tells me that this saga isn't quite over yet.
