Watch Freo Kids Cope With NAPLAN by Making a "Greatest Showman" Parody

NAPLAN drives us all to the edge.

The Year 4/5 class at Fremantle Christian College in W.A. has created a music video to approximate the mania of preparing for NAPLAN, to the tune of The Greatest Showman’s opener, "The Greatest Show".

Seemingly sung by their teacher, Aidan Fialho, the video shows the kids preparing for the "The Greatest Test", and then eventually just running out of the classroom. It is adorable.

The clip has already been viewed more than 13,000 times on Facebook. Check it out below.

In case you were wondering, the video wasn’t simply created to spruik the music-parodying talents of Mr Fialho; the project was reportedly part of a "visual literacy component" teaching students about storyboards, camera angles and colours in film.

Still, there is a lot of truth to some of the newly created lyrics: "Don’t fight it, it’s coming for you, running at ya." Others, not so much: "Three days of testing makes you want to sing."

Regardless, we've got to get Hugh Jackman to Freo, STAT.
