Watch Carrie Fisher Slap Oscar Isaac 41 Times in "The Last Jedi" Blooper Reel

We can’t imagine anyone would enjoy slapping Oscar Isaac even once, but here we are.

Late legend Carrie Fisher, ever the professional, had to slap her Star Wars: The Last Jedi co-star Oscar Isaac dozens of times, a new blooper reel has hilariously revealed.

Entertainment Tonight has shared footage of Princess Leia literally 'leia-ing' into Poe Dameron 41 times (though, technically, Isaac only had to endure half of that; there were two cameras catching the action).

And, as director Rian Johnson later shared, it all took place on Oscar’s first day of shooting.

It’s hard not to watch the footage without feeling a little bad for Isaac, clearly suffering for his art.

But then, while promoting the film, Isaac said Fisher "loved hitting me," and even he seemed a bit tickled by the experience. So, we’re gonna let her have this one. Hope you enjoyed it, Carrie!
