Watch 15-Year-Old Chance The Rapper Talk About His Teen Music, Look Adorable

Rappers were teens too.

Chance the Rapper is having a good week, coming off his three revolutionary Grammy wins (only possible thanks to a rule-change that made his streaming-only album Coloring Book eligible for awards consideration).

Now his good week is our good week, thanks to a newly-emerged video of Chance as a literal 15-year-old.

(We didn't even think the pint-sized performer could be any more adorable, given his penchant for dressing in rompers and singing children’s TV show themes).

In fairness, Chancelor Bennett is only 23 right now, so it’s not like this footage was unearthed from some ancient tomb. Still: Cute!

And here’s “Beddy Bye”, which was written with his ol’ m8 Justin (aka J-emcee) when he learned that he would be moving from Chicago to Washington, DC. (The reason? His dad worked as campaign manager for Barack Obama. Fair enough.)
