"Toy Story 4" Introduces Forky (a Toy Spork), Will Probably Make You Cry Again

Woody and the gang are back and they've already got us feeling emotions.

The Toy Story series is one of the most critically acclaimed animated series of all time and for good reason. 

The story of a group of children's toys including devoted toy cowboy, Woody, and his best bud and space superhero, Buzz Lightyear, has the ability to make you laugh and cry real tears.

Thankfully, 2019 is gifting us with another addition and the trailer is promising more of that same quality. If you still haven't stopped crying after seeing Toy Story 3, prepare for more. Welp.

Toy Story 4, like its predecessors, features the old gang back together and in service of their new kid overlord, Bonnie.

While at school, Bonnie creates a new toy and the gang devotes their time to keeping the new toy safe for Bonnie's happiness.

Interestingly despite the fourth instalment being released in 2019 (a good 24 years after the first movie was released) it includes some pretty nineties-looking villains.

Enter the Goosebumps-esque dolls: every nineties and early naughties kid's worst nightmare.

But aside from the demonic speaking dolls, there's another new character that's already stolen our hearts: Forky the spork.

Despite the name, Bonnie's new toy, Forky, is actually a spork. After having an existential crisis about whether or not a spork is a toy or a utensil for salad, Forky jumps off the bus triggering the events of the movie.
