The New "Ocean's 8" Trailer Is Out and So Are All the Sexists in the World

This is why nice things can't happen.

The trailer for the upcoming heist film, Ocean's 8, has been released and it's causing a buzz on the internet. That buzz is the sound of some fragile men raging uncontrollably at the thought of watching a cast of women undertake a heist at New York's annual Met Gala.

Apparently, only men can be savvy, white-collar crims, otherwise it's political correctness gone mad.

Ocean's 8 is the George Clooney-produced reboot of the mid-2000s Ocean's Trilogy, which itself was a remake of 1960 film. The film has a pretty stellar cast with Cate Blanchett and Sandra Bullock taking on the lead roles with Mindy Kaling, Rihanna, Helena Bonham Carter, Sarah Paulson and Awkwafina rounding out the crew. Yep, huge.

Much of the sexism criticism uses the argument that the all-female reboot of Ghostbusters didn't work, so obviously, no all-female reboot should ever happen again. Duh.

Here's a glimpse at the YouTube response.

But for all the man babies out there who can't handle this cast, there are a bunch of people who are very keen to see this flick.

And even though resident Bad Girl Rihanna only says four words in the trailer, fans are ready for what is assumed to be an iconic role.

Ocean's 8 is set to be released in June next year.
